Classic with a rustic touch, Haley and Dudley’s wedding was picture perfect. The couple said “I do” on a sunny June day at Swann Lake Stables, a Birmingham wedding venue resting on acres of land that provides a cozy country atmosphere. The sweet moments of Haley and Dudley’s wedding day were captured beautifully by Jessica McNabb with Be Light Photography, a Birmingham-based wedding photographer.

Haley opted for a classic style for her wedding party: her bridesmaids wore elegant dove gray bridesmaid dresses, while Dudley and his groomsmen wore black tuxes and bowties. As for Haley, her wedding dress was truly timeless. She selected a Heidi Elnora wedding dress from our Build-A-Bride™ collection, the Coco Marie, which is our most popular and universally flattering silhouette. Coco Marie is a trumpet style wedding gown with elongating princess seams, a low back, and a chapel length train. Haley fell in love with a full lace overlay in our Teddy lace and our Annie veil to complete her classic look. Her wedding hair and wedding makeup were styled by Birmingham-based hair and makeup artist Beauty By Jess.

After exchanging vows in front of the grand stone fireplace on the wraparound stone patio at Swann Lake Stables, the couple took photos by Little Cahaba River before joining their guests at their beautiful wedding reception decorated by PropHouse Birmingham, a local wedding and event rental company. The rustic wedding venue was further enhanced by natural white and green florals by local wedding florist BKWed.

Haley and Dudley’s classic wedding cake was made by Olexa’s Cakes in Mountain Brook, AL. The wedding was catered by Savoie Catering, a chef owned and operated Birmingham catering company, and the bar was provided by B&B Bartending. As guests danced to live music by wedding band Hi Definition, the local videographer LiveMore Weddings captured the entire event.
