hannah + evan

Hannah and Evan’s enchanting Alabama farm wedding was the perfect celebration of love during a chilly February. The Michael Wedding Barn was the ideal outdoor winter wedding venue for a lakeside wedding. Wedding coordinator Karla Eden made sure that Hannah’s wonderland wedding vision came to life.

Hannah and her bridesmaids got ready wearing burgundy matching PJs while sipping bubbly from personalized champagne flutes. Hannah chose a subtle glam bridal makeup look by Christian Burchfield, and Doris Payne styled her hair in a loose curl half up half down hairstyle. While the bride and groom were getting ready for the day, Alabama wedding photographer Kylee Wilson captured sentimental details of the wedding décor, such as Hannah’s bridal bouquet photo charms with pictures of loved ones.

Hannah came to our Heidi Elnora Atelier Flagship in Birmingham and was able to create a personalized wedding dress from our Build-A-Bride collection. She chose our Coco Marie trumpet wedding dress and changed the neckline to our Brittany Massey wedding dress with a sweetheart neckline. She then customized our Valentina Top by lengthening the sleeves to make it a lace long sleeve overlay, and she changed the back to a keyhole back like our Hillary Halter Top. This long sleeve lace wedding dress topper in our Eloise lace created an elegant and chic winter wedding look.

Hannah and Evan exchanged vows at a lakeside altar at the barn. The burgundy velvet bridesmaid dresses highlighted the white floral bridal bouquets with pops of red curated by Kathryn Anne Weddings. After saying “I do,” the couple left the ceremony in a black vintage getaway car.

The rustic barn reception venue was the perfect location for their cozy wedding reception. After sharing their first dance, Hannah and Evan cut into their floral tiered wedding cake topped with an elaborate wedding cake topper. Guests enjoyed a sit down reception dinner catered by Nett's Kitchen Catering before heading to the dance floor to hear Alabama wedding band Southern City Lights play the night away. Clifton Lewis Videography was sure to capture every move! The happy couple thanked their guests with Pinterest-worthy wedding party favors of hot chocolate mix in mason jars before their sparkler send-off.

Hannah was such a fun bride to work with and looked so beautiful on her special day! Congratulations to the bride and groom!
