sadie + sam

Sadie and Sam had such a beautiful wedding celebration filled with joy, love, friends, family, and food! This Montgomery, Alabama wedding was held at First United Methodist Church in Old Cloverdale. Kim Box Photography captured all of the picturesque moments from the first look with her dad to the first look with her bridesmaids to Sadie and Sam’s breakout first dance. All of these moments were so heartwarming! Mary Me Brides, a full service wedding planner from Montgomery, AL, did an impeccable job from start to finish especially because she practically built a reception venue in the park. Melissa Kendall Floral Design accented the day with beautiful florals and colors of blush, mauve, and ivory! Last but certainly not least, the famous chocolate peanut butter cake from Peggy McKinney made an appearance as the groom’s cake! These Montgomery, AL wedding vendors make a great team for any wedding!

Sadie is a great example of how you can create your dream wedding dress with the Build-A-Bride™ dress collection. Sadie wore the Codie Lee bodice paired with the Katie Grace Skirt. She wore the V-neck Lace Top in Katie Lace over the bodice and the ruched belt accented the whole look. Sadie kept her dress a secret until the big day, hence the reaction from her bridesmaids! Sadie loved her experience at the Atelier so much that she joined our team as the Atelier manager to give other brides the same experience she had!

Their wedding ceremony was so special and centered around the Lord. At the reception, they danced the night away starting out with their sweet first dance and then breaking out into a choreographed routine! We wish the Sturdivants the best and are so grateful to be a part of their special day!
