Trent and Steve’s February wedding made for the perfect southern soiree. Every detail felt classic and romantic, just like the love between these two! Alabama wedding photographer Anna Godwin captured every sweet moment from the day.

We love the casual vibe of Trent’s getting ready moments with her girls; as they sat outside and shared stories, Trent had her wedding hair and wedding makeup done by Brittany Massey, a talented Birmingham-based hair and makeup artist. Trent’s half-up half-down wedding hairstyle with loose curls looked angelic, as did her natural wedding makeup.

Trent wore our most popular wedding dress for all body types: the Coco Marie sweetheart wedding dress. She personalized this minimalist wedding dress by adding our extended Chloe Crop Top, a bridal crop top that features a lace off-shoulder wedding dress neckline. Our bridal lace toppers are a great bridal accessory to create a two-in-one wedding dress--for the reception, all Trent had to do was remove her lace crop top to have a second wedding day look!

To further enhance her classic bridal gown, Trent added buttons down the back of her wedding dress. The custom bridal earrings designed by Alabama jewelry designer Susan Standeffer completed Trent’s timeless bridal style. The lace wedding veil was the perfect finishing touch and tied in with Trent’s lace wedding gown.

Says Trent of her wedding dress, “I couldn't have dreamed for a better experience! Elizabeth came in like a pro and made it so much fun I didn't want to leave.”

The ladies wore minimalist bridesmaids dresses with slits in a lovely shade of blush pink, while the groomsmen wore black tuxedos with cummerbunds. The wedding bouquets carried by Trent and her ladies were done in monochromatic tones of white, but the natural texture and variety of florals made these wedding flowers a true stand-out--we adore the work of Birmingham florist BK Wed!

The classic wedding party style fit the outdoor wedding venue of Windwood Equestrian, which hearkens the feel of an old English estate with outdoor trails and a barn. The rustic wedding venue elements in this old-world inspired location were juxtaposed with crisp white and gold furniture provided by PropHouse Birmingham, a wonderful wedding vendor for unique event rentals. The clear wedding tent provided coverage for rainy weather while still showcasing the beauty of the surrounding venue. No southern wedding would be complete without a buffet spread, and popular Alabama wedding caterer Kathy G & Co. rose to the occasion!

Wedding band Established kept the wedding reception party going late into the night. We love the sweet Polaroid photos that captured candid moments throughout the wedding reception.
