WHERE IS YOUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER?
All items are shipped from our headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Generally, it takes 4-6 weeks to ship our Paperdolls by heidi elnora line. For all other products, (if in-stock) we aim to ship your order once the funds have been received by our bank. This usually takes approximately 48 hrs from when the order was placed; however, some orders may take up to 7 days to process depending on your banks lead time. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and that orders submitted on Sunday or Monday will not ship out until the following Tuesday. Orders may be split into multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances.
There is also a rush fee available for your dress to arrive within 2-3 weeks.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the item is ready to ship, we will email you your tracking number. If you have additional questions concerning your shipment, please contact the UPS customer service team for questions regarding your order once shipped. Visit the USPS customer service page here. If you need additional assistance, please contact customercare@buildabride.com. Please note that we are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to address issues or those lost in transit. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD? DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING?
We offer USPS Priority and First Class Shipping. All three services are based on the total weight of the package and will be calculated at checkout. For security reasons, purchases made online require a signature upon delivery.
