Hi ya’ll! My name is Tiffany Latshaw and I was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida-where thousands live the way millions wish they could. We are known for our sugar white beaches, emerald green waters, and true southern hospitality.
I am a wife to my high school “sweetheart”, David and a mom to Baylen (3 yo) and Gray (4 mo). Learning the life of a boy Mom has been a wild (and messy) ride!
When I’m not chasing kiddos, bug hunting, or playing superheroes, I enjoy being creative and crafty, soaking up sun at the beach, gardening, or a good happy hour with my gals!
In my past life, I climbed the career ladder as a Solutions Specialist with a healthcare company, the Studer Group. This was one of the most rewarding times of my life, but once I had my first son, my priorities in life changed. My husband and I ditched our demanding 9-5’s and started a construction company where we renovate old homes, turning them into gems. I’d like to consider us the ‘Chip and Joanna Gaines’ of the Panhandle, but let’s be honest, that’s a little far-fetched.
I look forward bringing Build-a-Bride to the Florida Panhandle and to helping you create the dress of your dreams!

I met my husband in 2002 while we were both students in a Web Development class at Booker T. Washington High School. I was a senior and he was a junior. I needed this web development course to satisfy my graduation requirements, and to be honest, I didn’t take the class seriously, nor was I any good at it. Our last project was to create a website and I was failing miserably. I set my eyes on the handsome, younger, class pet who was conveniently a computer genius-SCORE! Not only did I pass the class with flying colors, but I also met my soulmate.
David and I were married in 2014 in our hometown of Pensacola, Florida. We love all things New Orleans. We wanted a big wedding but didn’t want to ask all of our guests to travel to New Orleans. So, we brought NOLA to Pensacola! My top priorities were my dress, a band that would keep the partying going, and a second-line. Our ceremony took place under a grand oak tree in a park that overlooked the bay. We wrote our own vows and I cherish them so much. After the ceremony, guests joined us in a second-line march to our reception. Champagne was offered along the walk-sort of like the water pit-stops during a running race. This was one of the most fun 15 minutes of my life! We danced literally the entire night and never wanted the night to end. It is my dream to renew our vows at 10 years and do the second-line all over again (and the celebrating). When that happens, my dream would be to wear the Adalyn Cruz gown with the tulle shawl. This combo screams elegance and sophistication-ahhh!
I graduated from the University of West Florida with a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In 2008 I began my career as a Solutions Specialist for a healthcare consulting company, the Studer Group. I taught the hospitals that we supported how to use the software that we created to its best potential. In 2015 we welcomed our first son, Baylen into this world. After having Baylen, our priorities changed and my husband and I quit our 9-5’s and started our own construction business where we renovate old homes-a dream come true!
Becoming parents has been the biggest joy of our lives. Baylen is smart, funny, and adventurous. He never stops and keeps us on our toes. In 2018, Gray joined our family and we can already tell that he will be our calm and easy-going child-a perfect combo!
Our weekends consist of being weekend warriors and adventure seekers. You can find us at the beach, biking around downtown, or building forts in our backyard.
I am thrilled to bring Build-a-Bride to the Gulf Coast of Florida. This experience will be unique and one that you (& I) will never forget. I can’t wait to design your perfect gown and be a part of the best day of your life!
