Tyler is a creative and energetic female entrepreneur, but most importantly, a wife and a mother to one fur baby, Charlie. Tyler married Trent in May 2018 on their favorite holiday, Cinco De Mayo. As a Heidi Bride her dress reflected her personality in every way; unique, timeless and full of life. If you ask her friends, Tyler loves to tell colorful stories, has a knack for adventure, will do anything for a laugh and never turns down a physical challenge.
Tyler is a North Carolina native, but has found her roots in Auburn, Alabama. Tyler’s Alabama journey began with her attending Troy University, where she was a Cheerleader (Go Trojans!). This is also where her love for bridal fashion was cultivated. While working for local boutique, she was able to design and fit custom bridesmaids dresses for a small company. Upon graduation Tyler was offered a graduate position at Auburn University and moved to Auburn in 2007. There she fell in love with East Alabama, received her Master’s degree (War Eagle!), met her husband and made Auburn her home.

Tyler and Trent celebrated their relationship and wedding with creative twists and festive elements as their wedding day was on Cinco De Mayo! The Southerly Warehouse in Opelika, AL was the perfect wedding and reception venue to host the classic themed wedding with unique details that screamed "Oh, that is definitely Tyler and Trent." Melanie Grace Weddings helped Tyler create a day centered around sweet moments and quality time with those who matter most. With no bridal party, her nearest and dearest girlfriends were able to enjoy a fun brunch in the bridal suite before Tyler got dressed in her stunning Adalyn Cruz + Tonya T. wedding gown.
After getting dressed, the sweet couple took time for a private first look before the excitement of the big day began. Though the ceremony was intimate and enjoyed only by family, the reception screamed Cinco De Mayo and was enjoyed by all family and friends. Tori Brinson Design incorporated greens, deep berry and navy into the florals and decorations, capturing the style of the bride, the elegance of the occasion and the holiday perfectly. Hannah Miller with Be The Light Photography captured this beautiful color palette along with the gold accents and beautiful velvet tablecloths. Though the food and bar were enjoyed by all, the cake table was truly memorable! Tyler’s sweet tooth inspired a cake bar with four different types of cake. With the traditional cake covered, Trent opted for Mexican cornbread with cheese dip as the "icing." And in true Cinco De Mayo form, they toasted with a small shot of tequila and skipped the cake cutting! Cheers to the happy couple!
